Trust is essential to have an impact and to influence in a hard-hitting way. It’s not always easy to convince somebody to change their minds: you need to be able to create a connection to allow openness and to encourage listening.   • Handing out of Hogan Individual Assessment results
  • Work in pairs

Module 4: Influencing Techniques – March 30th 18:00-19:30

  • Learn influencing techniques
  • Adapt communication to the interlocutor
  • Present and negotiate to have an impact

Module 5: Activity/Experience – April 7th 18:00-19.30

  • Group exercise and growth feedback

Module 6: Closure Aperitif – April 12th 18:00-19:00

  • Network drink and feedback course

Course Duration:
8 hours total in 6 modules
Course Cost:
2.500€ + VAT per group (company – max 15 participants)
250€ + VAT per participant (intercompany)
optional: individual coaching session during or after the course to personalize the concepts/elaborate the test results – 65€ + VAT per person
